Member Online is Catholic Super's secure online facility that allows all our members to access their super account online 24/7.

With Member Online, you have secure 24-hour access to your account to:

View your account details, such as balance, contributions and transactions
Provide your Tax File Number (TFN)
Update your personal details, such as email, address, phone number
View your beneficiaries
View your insurance cover
Switch your super between different investment options
Opt in and pick up your statements online
If you have more than one account with Catholic Super, you can view them all with one sign in

Pension members;

Nominate their drawdown strategy when making investment switches
Request an adhoc withdrawal via Member Online that goes direct to their nominated bank account

Important note on Member Numbers

The change of administrator also means changing administration platforms. The new system requires a slight change to member numbers.

All Catholic Super members with a super account pre-1 April will have a ‘F’ added to them from 1 April. For example if your member is 37000521, on 1 April it will be 37000521F.
Most National Catholic Superannuation members pre-1 April will have a ‘N’ added to them from 1 April. There are some who will have a different letter other than N - if you are unsure please contact us to confirm.
All Pension member numbers from 1 April will have a ‘P’ added to them. For example if your member number is 51005231, on 1 April it will be 51005231P.
If you are a Pre-Retirement Pension member and you have a super account with us also, you must use your super member number to register for Member Online.

You'll need to have your member number handy, and you have to enter in your details (as we'd have them at Catholic Super) so we can identify you online. Remember since moving to our new administrator, all member numbers now have a letter on the end! If unsure be sure to contact us and we can tell you.
