Sign up for your super statements online – save paper and view it anywhere, anytime

To sign up for online statements you first have to register for Member Online – our secure online facility. As well as online statements you will have access to all of the other features of Member Online.

Just 2 simple steps to sign up for online statements!
  1. Login to Member Online LOGIN

    • Not Registered? REGISTER HERE
      You’ll need to supply your name, member number, date of birth and email address.
  2. Once in Member Online under the My Profile section, you’ll be able to sign up there for online statements!
What you need to know about online statements
  • We will email you when your statement has been delivered to your Member Online account.
  • Your statement is a PDF attachment stored within our secure Member Online site, so you’ll need Acrobat Reader to view it. You can download Acrobat Reader here.
  • If you change your email address remember to update it on Member Online with us.
  • We will store all your statements online, so we keep a history for you – if you ever need your statement there is no need to call us, you can simply log onto Member Online and access all past statements
